We now offer free delivery of all orders for goods worth over £100 inc VAT. We have a standard charge of £5.75 inc VAT to cover the cost of processing and despatching orders worth less than £100 inc VAT. Online order tracking Goods that cost over £100 inc VAT will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce-24. Both of these methods guarantee Next Day Delivery (Special Delivery should arrive before midday). You can track your consignment online. Simply email us for your tracking number then enter it on the Royal Mail or Parcelforce website for up to date information. Orders for goods worth less than £100 inc VAT, particularly small items, will normally be sent by 1st Class Recorded Mail which records delivery but does not allow instant tracking.
