Refund policy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods ordered are suitable for the purpose for which they are required. We do not sell on a "sale or return" basis and will not normally make a refund for goods that are ordered in error. The exception to this rule is that we comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Under these regulations we grant a cooling off period of 14 days to consumer customers, starting from the date that the goods are delivered. The regulations allow customers to inspect the goods upon receipt, to make sure they are happy with them, however they should not be used or handled more than necessary. Specifically, the goods shouldn't be handled or used more than would be expected if you were looking at them in a shop. This consumer regulation does not apply to orders placed by businesses or organisations. If consumer customers decide not to keep the goods after inspecting them, they must let us know before the end of the14 day period. They will then be required to return the goods at their own expense. We do not accept any liability for returned goods until we receive them, so recommend the use of an insured courier. If customers meet with these conditions and if the condition of the returned goods is "as new", we will grant a full refund of the original payment within 7 days of our receipt of the goods. If the goods shown any signs of wear & tear caused by use or excessive handling, we will make an appropriate deduction from the amount refunded to cover the loss in value of this stock.
