Mercury AV Ltd was established in 2002 as a specialist company selling professional sound equipment for public address and live sound reinforcement. We are based in Welwyn Garden City - Herts, but supply customers throughout the UK.

Key aims of the company are to provide value for money combined with the highest levels of customer service. We hold a large amount of stock to enable Next Day Delivery of popular items.

Because we specialise in selling live sound equipment, we have the specialist knowledge required to support customers, both before and after they buy from us.

Since 2002, the company has grown rapidly and while our customer base and product range continue to expand we are careful only to sell products that meet our requirements for quality, reliability and value for money.

Likewise, we aim to work with suppliers and brands that equal our own high standards of customer service and aftersales care. We want our customers to have an entirely positive experience when they buy from us, in order that we continue to grow through repeat business and customer referrals.

We have taken many steps to ensure that customers can buy from Mercury AV with complete confidence :

ii) Online credit card transactions are handled securely on our behalf by SagePay using 128 bit encryption. We support MasterCard Securecode and Verified by Visa for customers that use these facilities.

iii) Orders are sent by insured courier to protect customers against the unlikely event that the goods are lost or damaged in transit.

iv) We guarantee never to supply counterfeit or fake goods. All of our products are sourced directly from the relevant manufacturer's Authorised UK Distributor. We do not 'grey import' goods from Europe or the USA. You are therefore assured of a UK Warranty & UK Aftersales Support.

v) All new goods come with a minimum 12 month warranty. Many items come with a longer warranty period. Please read the item description for more details. If the item fails during the warranty period we will handle the warranty claim on the customer's behalf if required and we will deal with all associated paper work.

vi) Our terms and conditions are clearly stated on our checkout page. We comply fully with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

vii) We comply fully with the Data Protection Act 1998.
