Delivery Information

We offer FREE DELIVERY of all orders with a total value over £100 inc VAT.

We charge £8.40 inc VAT to cover the cost of processing and despatching orders worth less than £100 inc VAT.

All products in our webstore have a stock indicator which provides detailed information regarding availability & delivery times.

If a product shows as IN STOCK, this means that we physically hold the item in our warehouse. An order placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday, for these goods, will be delivered the following day.* An order placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.* Please note that goods will not be despatched or delivered on Bank Holidays.

If you require delivery more urgently, then please phone our Sales Team on 0845 9000 805. We can normally arrange Saturday deliveries, Pre 12 deliveries, Pre 10 deliveries and Pre 9 deliveries by special request. In some cases, we can even arrange same day deliveries.

If the product is not in stock but is available to order, then the product page will show the expected delivery time for the item ( i.e. 2 working days ). When we don't physically have stock of an item we still try to make delivery as quickly as possible, so in most cases we will arrange for the UK Distributor to deliver the goods to you directly if this is the quickest way to get the goods to you.

If we are aware that a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable then we will show this clearly to avoid disappointment.

* = Deliveries to customers in the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly may be despatched via alternative couriers and may take longer to arrive.

Order Tracking

All orders*, large and small, are sent via APC Overnight. We use APC because in our experience, they offer an extremely reliable service, meet their delivery targets and don't lose or damage goods in transit. We will email you with a tracking number on the day that your goods are despatched. You can then enter this number on APC Overnight's website for up to date information regarding your delivery.

We insure you against loss in transit so you can order with complete confidence.
